At School of Odd Thinkers, we deliver impactful digital marketing courses through live, interactive sessions. We designed our refund policy to be clear and fair, reflecting the value provided through our immediate course access and dedicated mentorship.

We aim to offer comprehensive and job-ready training programs. If you are not completely satisfied, please read our refund policy below.

Refund Eligibility and Process (Based on Live Class Attendance)

We consider refunds under specific conditions, primarily based on live classes you attended, given the nature of our interactive learning environment.

Full Refund (within 7 days and minimal attendance): You may be eligible for a full refund if you request it within seven (7) calendar days from your course enrollment date. Additionally, you must have attended no more than one live class session. To request a full refund, please contact us at info@schoolofoddthinkers.com. We will revoke your access to course materials and future live sessions after processing your refund.
Partial Refund (within 14 days and limited attendance): A partial refund may be considered if you request it within fourteen (14) calendar days from your course enrollment date, AND if you have attended no more than ten (10) live class sessions. The amount of the partial refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the classes attended and any associated materials or services provided. To inquire about a partial refund, please contact us at info@schoolofoddthinkers.com. We will revoke your course access after processing the refund. Where both the Full Refund and Partial Refund conditions are met, the Full Refund policy will apply.
No Refunds After 15 Classes Attended or Beyond 14 Days: Due to the comprehensive nature of our live course content and the value gained from each session and direct mentorship, no refunds will be issued if you have attended fifteen (15) or more live class sessions, or after fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of enrollment, whichever comes first. This clear cut-off ensures fairness, as significant learning and resources would have already been provided.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to info@schoolofoddthinkers.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Name] – [Course Name]”. In your email, please include:

Your full name
The email address used for enrollment
The name of the course you enrolled in
The exact date of your enrollment
A brief reason for your refund request

Refund Processing

Once we receive and review your refund request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If we approve it, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exceptions

Promotional Offers & Bundles: Courses purchased as part of a special promotional offer or bundle may have specific refund conditions outlined at the time of purchase.
Transfers: Course enrollments are non-transferable to another individual.
Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties preventing you from attending classes, please contact us immediately for assistance. Technical issues, once resolved, do not automatically qualify for a refund.
